- 3 Large size eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Half cup butter softened
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
For Caramel Frosting
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
- Half a cup of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cream
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175 degrees C).
- In a bowl, whisk 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
