Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder

- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions:
- To make the mix, first toast the coriander, fenugreek, and cumin seeds in a dry pan over high heat. Toast them for about two minutes, being careful not to burn them.
